Job Title: Office Manager

The Centre for Leadership Performance (CfLP) is a not-for-profit organisation working to support the growth of leadership capability across Cumbria. We work hand in hand with businesses and schools to encourage and nurture leadership within organisations, individuals and communities, working at all levels and across sectors. To support our growth and enable our continued success an opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join the CfLP team, based at their offices in Cockermouth.

The Office Manager will have a key role in ensuring that the delivery of work at CfLP is of high quality, on time and on budget. Activities are varied and the post holder will need to manage conflicting demands and be responsive to changing client needs. As part of a small team they will be involved across all aspects of the business, setting up and improving office systems, managing diaries, organising in-house and external events, welcoming guests and responsibility for all the tasks involved in the day-to-day running of an office. Success in this role relies on excellent organisation skills, a high degree of professionalism, accountability and self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast paced and varied work environment.
