Over an 18 month period CfLP delivered a development programme to the leadership team with the aim to establish the 'right' culture, embed mission, vision and values, support accountability and build on the clarity of decision making. There was also a need to encourage engagement with strategy and the delivery of organisational objectives. CfLP designed and delivered a two phase, blended package including focus groups, workshops, masterclasses and individual coaching sessions.

The first phase provided a framework for understanding the experiences and perspectives of the leadership team where CfLP gathered information concerning the internal and external issues, drivers and contexts and worked with respondents to identify organisational learning and development needs. The second phase was then delivered in response to the findings of phase 1 with the outcome of moving the team towards becoming 'learning agile'.
