Cumbria Future Leaders' Forum

Cumbria Future Leaders' Forum has evolved from the Dream Placement Alumni, Dream Placement applicants from over the last 6 years. This vibrant group of young people are keen to develop their links with the local employers and community, develop skills and knowledge and share advice and experiences with one another.

This session will focus on Personal Brand, an essential tool for understanding ourselves and helping others to understand us and what we offer. A personal brand can also help us to choose a direction for our lives, set goals, make decisions and take action. During the session career coaches and social media experts will help you to identify your own signature strengths, skills and qualities and how to use them to communicate with others in an effective and career enhancing way.

We will also be holding similar events in Carlisle and Barrow. Please let us know if you would like to attend, by emailing
