Incorporating best practice and the latest thinking, you will be able to assess the current performance of your team and identify strategies to increase engagement, motivation, commitment, productivity and agility.

  • Build engagement and cohesion within the team
  • Manage conflict, change and challenge in a positive way
  • Apply strategies to build on team performance

During the workshop you will:

  • Identify the key characteristics that define and determine an effective team
  • Explore typical team issues and barriers to performance
  • Consider your role in establishing shared direction, vision and values
  • Apply popular team models to your team, assess what is going well and what could be better
  • Use best practice to plan improvements and changes
