  • Origins of Lean
  • Lean thinking
  • Key Lean concepts including Continuous Improvement
  • Application in the public sector and service industry as well as manufacturing
  • Reducing cost without reducing quality
  • Reasons for change
  • Following a process 'end to end'
  • How to recognise waste
  • Tools, tips and techniques on how to reduce waste
  • Leading the people who need to be convinced
