With Blaire Palmer

On November 17, 2015, we welcomed Blaire Palmer as our guest speaker. Blaire is a leading consultant and coach in leadership and change. Keynote speaker Blaire developed and shared her thought-provoking ideas and presented a more authentic understanding of what it means to lead in the 21st century.

Blaire Palmer

According to best-selling author and 'business muse', Blaire Palmer, most of what you've been told about leadership is out of date.

Blaire knows what goes on behind the closed doors of the Boardroom. Funny, engaging, provocative and original, she spoke from experience having worked deep inside some of Europe's most well known companies as coach and confidante to CEOs and their management teams.

The plea she hears again and again from CEOs is "How do we get our people step up and really drive change?" And now she has the answer. As she says "It's time to bust outdated myths of leadership and completely re-think what it actually takes to lead an organisation today."

Known for combining warmth and charm with a no nonsense, straight talking style, she inspired the audience and leadership teams alike with her fresh ideas. Forget everything you thought leadership was about. Put all the books down! Ignore the wise words your first boss told you a million years ago. The world has changed and none of it matters now.

Blaire spoke with authority and empathy, based both on her extensive business experience and her training as a coach. Her presentations are full of energy and enthusiasm.

Blaire covered:

  • Change
  • Leadership
  • Motivation
  • Teamwork
