This week Emmie and Jess joined us as we began to think about the different roles our business will need. We looked a the different parts of the business and what each role involved. We thought about the skills needed for each role.
We then helped each other to think about what we are good at and the skills we have; this helped use to reflect on what each of us could bring to the business.
We completed an application for the role we would like - it was great that we had a spread of different roles and that everyone could see what they could do.
We then had a go at interviewing each other

We learned to reflect on our own skills and how we could use them. We also learned about how to show this in a application form and we learned how to listen and speak clearly in an interview.

We have a lot of people wanting to be the managing director!
