Start a career as an Army Vehicle Mechanic and develop technical skills that can take you anywhere in the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping a wide range of Army vehicles in working order, from quad bikes and Land Rovers to HGVs and tanks. You will carry out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring vehicles are ready to perform in all environments, including challenging conditions.
You will receive high quality training through the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, gaining the skills and confidence to solve engineering problems and work safely to industry standards.
The role offers a starting salary of £26,334 during training, with the same pay once you complete your basic training. Alongside this, you will gain valuable qualifications and experience that can support future career opportunities both within the Army and beyond.
