Following a sustained period of growth, the Group is expanding its Marketing Team and is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join the Carlisle-based team.

The Opportunity

Lloyd Motor Group is looking for a proactive marketing professional who is confident working independently and taking ownership of projects.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that promote premium automotive brands. The role offers genuine responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute strategically across digital, content, events and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, email and direct marketing
  • Manage campaign activity independently to deadline and budget

Digital & Content Management

  • Oversee day-to-day website and social media content
  • Produce copywriting, support SEO optimisation and source imagery
  • Monitor performance and engagement

Events & Partnerships

  • Coordinate brand events and partnership activations

Reporting & Insight

  • Produce regular performance reports using Google Analytics, CRM systems and paid media platforms
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

Supplier & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Brief and manage external agencies and media partners
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing with wider business objectives

Brand Stewardship

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring alignment with manufacturer brand guidelines and group identity

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of two years’ hands-on marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-site environment
  • Strong proficiency across digital channels, including paid social, email and CMS platforms
  • A solid understanding of SEO principles
  • Confident copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone for premium brands
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A full UK driving licence

A relevant degree or CIM qualification is desirable but not essential.
