Support primary-age pupils as they develop their own mini social enterprises through the Bright Stars programme, helping them make a positive impact in their local communities. As a mentor, you’ll guide pupils through their enterprise journey, offering encouragement, advice, and insight into the world of business and social impact.
Commitment: 8 hours over 8 weeks
When: April–June 2026
Location: Your local primary school
Age Range: 5–10
What’s Involved:
Work with pupils to set up their own mini social enterprises using seed funding
Provide guidance on creativity, teamwork, planning, and social impact
Encourage pupils to reflect on their ideas and develop practical solutions
Support pupils with weekly updates and check-ins (some mentoring may be online)
Attend the programme online celebration event at the end to recognise achievements
