Salary: £32,061 – £32,597 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 14.5 hours per week
Location: Hawse End Centre, Portinscale, Keswick

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outdoor Education Leader to join the team at Hawse End Centre. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality outdoor, adventurous, and educational activities that inspire learning, promote personal development, and create memorable experiences for participants of all ages and abilities.

Set in a stunning Lake District location, this role plays a vital part in supporting safe, engaging, and inclusive outdoor learning programmes.

About the Role

The Outdoor Education Leader will:

• Deliver scheduled outdoor and educational activities in line with client aims and quality standards
• Ensure health, safety, and legislative compliance through effective risk assessment and management
• Build positive relationships with participants and group leaders to support personal and social development
• Maintain and manage equipment and resources to agreed standards
• Contribute to service improvement, new product development, and customer engagement
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and support contingency planning when required

This position is offered on a permanent basis.
