We’re inviting experienced local leaders to share their knowledge, wisdom, and leadership journeys at future events. It’s an opportunity to inspire aspiring leaders, exchange ideas, and contribute to the growth of Cumbria’s leadership community.

Commitment: 1–2 hours per session

Examples of sessions could include:

• Sharing your personal leadership journey with aspiring new leaders

• Exploring how purpose and values drive strategic growth

• Navigating the change from operational to strategic working

• Developing strategic thinking: understanding complexity, anticipating change, and thinking long-term

• Leading change and shaping organisational culture

• Contributing to discussions on topics such as creating high-performance teams, coping with imposter syndrome, or succession planning
