The 6-Week STEM Placement Programme supports motivated 18–25-year-olds to build on their one week Dream Placement and take the next step in their career journey. 

Participants gain hands-on experience, develop essential skills, and work alongside leading STEM organisations across Cumbria. The programme offers a supportive way to explore career options, build confidence, and strengthen employability through real industry experience.
