The Dream Placement scheme has been co-created by CforLP with businesses across Cumbria who want to connect with their future workforce and showcase the breadth of opportunities within their organisations. CforLP can help match you with the right student and also assist with the structure of the placement week. The most important thing is that the placement should give the student a taste of what it is like being a leader in your company.

Thanks to funding from the Printers Inc Social Mobility Fund through the Cumbria Community Foundation and Nuclear Waste Services’ LLWR socio-economic fund, SMEs in sectors including arts, tourism, and culture can now access support to cover placement costs. Find out more
