Dream Placement is a six-month programme for 16-18 year olds in Cumbria that helps you develop leadership skills, gain confidence, and explore different career paths. You could get the chance to spend a week working with a local business during February half-term, seeing how a workplace really operates and learning what it’s like to be part of a team. You don’t need to be in sixth form to apply, and the application process is super simple! It’s a great way to try something new, discover what you enjoy, and get experience that will help you make decisions about your future.
You are also invited to attend a new and exciting event called “Network for Success” to explore opportunities and gain advice and guidance through interactive workshops, with a range of companies and partners.
