Funded by One Aim and Sellafield Ltd this FREE signposting and brokerage service matches and connects primary schools and business across Allerdale and Copeland to support career-related learning in the classroom and encourage schools and businesses to forge stronger links.

Our activities with young people also equip them with the life skills that come with wider experience and interaction with role models beyond their own family and school.

Do you need help to motivate or upskill your team? We offer a number of development programmes that are relevant to teachers, where they can meet and learn with other local leaders. We can also design a programme tailored to your needs and offer workshops for staff on a range of topics from resilience to coaching skills and provide leadership training for your school or college council.
