Cumbrian Lean/Continuous Improvement Forum

OVERVIEW

The Cumbrian Lean/Continuous Improvement Forum was established in 2016 and was born out of conversations with Iggesund Paperboard Ltd. It aims to give companies and organisations in Cumbria the opportunity to informally come together with a common focus and desire to collaborate, share best practice and ideas in the areas of Lean Processes and Continuous Improvement across industries.

The Forum currently has 26 members from an exciting mix of organisations across Cumbria who work in Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Processes. The group is now looking for new members, the aim is to bring this group up to a maximum of 30 members. Is this something your organisation would be interested in joining?

The Cumbrian Lean/CI Forum is project managed by the Centre for Leadership Performance and is a ‘closed’ group who meet on a quarterly basis at the premises of one of the members.
